I'm so glad you created this blog and I'll let some of the girls know from an online group I participate in. I know you have been searching for answers and finding little solution outside of your own research with trial & error. I experienced 2 weeks of intense back pain and wondered how does anyone with ongoing pain act civil! I'm hoping you continue to take forward steps to relief & healing.
