I know it has been eons since I have posted on this blog. I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that New Dawn Pilates is still alive and well! Hi Jenny,
I thought of you today. I remember seeing segment throught Gloria's IC website with another woman who has battled chronic illness with excercise, diet and physical therapy. I am inspired to hear more about your journey. I have had IC for years but only diagnosed since Oct 2009. It is battle daily which you know. I am choosing not to take any meds and work hard at diet and exercise. It's a struggle when you need to see results to give you the encouragement to go on. I hope to see more posts by you and REALLY want to know what is and is not working for you. What are your days like, are you still struggling or have you found a path that is workign for you? It seemed in the segment I saw that you had.
